Aureobasidium
It forms white colonies in the early phase of growth, and they gradually change to black, damp colonies. It is frequently detected in the environment around soy source and soft drink factories and the surrounding areas. It is found in foods such as soft drinks, tokoroten (gelidium jelly), and jellies, and on the walls of factories producing these foods.
