The microorganisms which cause food poisoning
In addition to bacteria, the microorganisms which cause food poisoning include viruses and protozoans.
The symptoms of food poisoning and means of prevention differ by the type of microorganism, but these microorganisms can be categorized per the following by the type of food poisoning caused.
Bacterial food poisoning
